On 19 November, during the international RJ week 2019 (which was initiated from the UK prison weeks), our member Branka Peuraka will be in Brussels for the symposium ‘Participation in European Prisons’, final event of the two-year research project ‘Prisoners’ Active Citizenship (PAC)’.
Partner organizations introduced innovative ways of prisoners’ active participation in Belgium, Croatia, Italy, Netherlands and UK through arts, sports, democratic participation and restorative justice.
The Symposium includes lectures, workshops and a panel discussion, offering a complete view of the research, current results and possible future applications.
