The chair of the EFRJ Board Tim Chapman will deliver the intensive course “Foundation Skills” (Belfast 18-22 June 2018). This module offers participants the opportunity to learn the skills required to facilitate restorative conferences and restorative circles. It includes training in the engagement and preparation of people who have been harmed and people responsible for harm, their supporters and the community.
