The EFRJ director Edit Torzs will attend the International Conference ‘One safe place for Hope and Empowerment‘ on the development of a multidisciplinary approach of gender-based violence and domestic violence in a Family Justice Center (Paris, 15-16 November).
The event is organized by the European Family Justice Center Alliance (EFJCA), the Family Justice Center “Maison des Femmes” Paris France and the Kering Foundation. It will bring together professionals from the field, also to listen survivors’ experiences through videos.
The EFRJ and EFCJA recently signed a memorandum of understanding (Tirana, 14 June 2018). Indeed, Family Justice Centers connect justice agencies and service providers from different sectors into one location to provide a safe place and a multidisciplinary approach to these cases and the EFRJ is exploring potential contribution and engagement of RJ services in this new and promising model.
