Our organisational member C.R.I.S.I. Cooperativa Sociale celebrates the international RJ Week with an event bringing together young people from a high school (“Matteo Spinelli” in Giovinazzo) and from a community for young offenders (Comunità Chiccolino).
Together, they will present a theatre play, concrete evidence of the capacity to repair social ties by meeting each other as human beings (Bari, 16 November). This original initiative, part of a longer journey where these young people work together, will be followed by a meeting and discussion on penal mediation and RJ.
The event is entitled “Autori: Dal reato alla riparazione passando dalla reinvenzione” (Authors: from the criminal act to the reparation passing by reinvention). Follow it on social media with #saveVictims.
In the organisers’ words: “Autori is an occasion: something that by its nature escapes from manuals, handouts, statistics to become a concrete experience, an unpredictable encounter.”
