On 31 October, the EFRJ, represented by Emanuela Biffi, will be present at the kick-off meeting of the Erasmus+ project “Kintsugi: Exchange of European Good Practices on Restorative Justice”, together with other key organisational members of the EFRJ, such as Associazione Spondé (Italy) and Mediante (Belgium).
The morning session will be open to about 60 local stakeholders interested in improving the skills and competencies of workers and organisations cooperating in the field of probation, community work and other alternatives to detention, in particular by looking at the potential of RJ and the involvement of communities and victims in these activities.
This 2-year project will include a 90-hour joint training programme in 3 countries (Italy, Belgium and Northern Ireland) for 25 participants selected by the partners (i.e. social workers, trainers, offender’s mentors, and mediators in victim-offender cases, family and community conflict).
Please download here the agenda of the event (participation is free of charge). For more information, in Italian only, download the press release.
