RJ conference in Berlin

The EFRJ chair Tim Chapman will be one of the international speakers at the 17th Forum for Victim Offender Mediation and Restorative Justice organised by our organisational member TOA (Berlin 7-9 November). The main theme is “The strength of those involved: Self-determination instead of neediness”.

The programme includes an English lecture from Reverend Canon Mpho Tutu van Furth (Netherlands): “Forgiveness: The Healing gift that you give to yourself” and English workshops from:

• Petra Sampers (Belgium): “Self-determination in VOM with the focus of cases of serious crime”
• Belinda Hopkins (UK) & Oliver Jacob (Germany): “Restorative practice in schools”
• Tim Chapman (Northern Ireland ): “EFRJ Values and Standards for restorative justice”
