The School will be devoted to the discussion and statement of problems hindering the establishment of the stable and consistent RJ practices in the Russian regions. The experience of the functioning of the main Russian RJ organisational platform – of a territorial reconciliation service – will be critically analysed on the examples of different types of cases. The School will be concluded by a joint discussion of trainers and participants on new ideas and forms of the RJ practices organisation as well as on solutions of providing for the conditions for sustainable RJ practices in the regions from where the participants come from
