During the RJ week, on 18 November, a seminar on restorative work with juveniles in conflict with law and people around took place in Kemerovo, Russia.
Two EFRJ members, Liudmila Karnozova and Elena Belonogova, presented the theoretical approaches to RJ in juvenile cases as well as the problems of their application in Russia. The seminar was followed by a training course on restorative mediation and organisation of reconciliation services and on restorative work in cases of juvenile crimes.
