On 28 February the VUB – Vrije Universiteit Brussel Crime and Society Research Group (CriS) invited Dr. Anna Di Ronco from University of Essex to present on the representation of environmental protest online and offline, project funded by The British Academy. Interesting for our community is to see how social media may empower people to tell their own story of harm and resistance (in this case within the #NoTap Italian protest campaign). Brunilda Pali and Emanuela Biffi attended the seminar on behalf of the EFRJ team.
