During the Annual General Meeting of the EFRJ, the election of three new board members will take place! The EFRJ is happy to announce its 6 candidates: please read their short bios here and join the Annual General Meeting in Belfast on June 11, at 5pm.
As a member of the EFRJ, you are invited to vote for three out of the six candidates (pay attention: if you will indicate more than three candidates, your vote will not be valid). As a non-member of the EFRJ, you are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting although you will have no voting rights.
For those of you with full voting rights that are not able to attend the Annual General Meeting in Belfast there is the possibility to vote by proxy :
(1) give a proxy to another individual or organisational member with full membership status;
(2) any member with full membership status can only act as a proxy for a maximum of 5 other full members;
(3) the person/organisation to which you have given your proxy vote should bring the original or signed and scanned document to the General Meeting and hand it over to the staff of the EFRJ Secretariat;
(4) Please sign the document on which you have given your proxy vote. On the document of your proxy vote you state the following: “I, your full name, authorise full name of the person/organisation to which you give your proxy vote to vote on my behalf at the 2014 General Meeting to be held in Belfast (Northern Ireland) on 11th of June 2014. Date, your signature”
