GOOD NEWS: COMPLIMENTARY DINNER FOR PARTICIPANTS!
The EFRJ is happy to announce that we will be able to offer a complimentary conference dinner to all participants at the restaurant Het Prentenkabinet in Leiden on Thursday, 23 June starting from 19.30!
Please note that the registration for the dinner will be done on a ‘first come, first served’ basis since the restaurant has a maximum capacity of 200. In case of more registrations, we will give priority to those who registered and paid for the dinner (you will get reimbursed after the conference) and those who registered for the 3-day conference.
Therefore, please take a moment to (re-)register before 15 June in order to reserve your seat for the Prentenkabinet dinner.
UPDATE ON THE FIELD TRIPS
The EFRJ had to re-arrange the field trip program for Friday 24 June and will be able to offer the following two field trips:
- Visit at the Children’s Rights House and Defence for Children International (max 50 people)
- Guided tour to see the Wall Poems in Leiden (max 60 people)
Please note that the ‘first comes, first served rule’ applies; those who registered already have the priority. More information on these field trips can be found here.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer the visits of the Prison Gate and the Peace Palace in The Hague as the conference’s field trips. However, if you are still planning to visit The Hague, the EFRJ will facilitate the trip. Interested participants can meet at the conference venue and travel together. Please note that this visit will be at the participant’s costs and there will be no guided tour. More information to visit The Hague can be found here.
