The conference ‘Restorative and Therapeutic Justice: Towards Innovative Models of Justice‘ took place in San Sebastian (Spain) from 16-18 June 2016. The Congress was organised by GEMME (European Magistrates for Restorative Justice) and IVAC (Basque Institute of Victimology).
The EFRJ was represented by two of its Board Members, Roberto Moreno (from the Basque country) and Tim Chapman (Northern Ireland). Thi last one presented the findings of the ALTERNATIVE project on RJ in intercultural settings, a 4 years project coordinated by KU Leuven and concluded in January 2016.
