On 3 October 2018, the new Council of Europe Recommendation concerning restorative justice in criminal matters was adopted.
The Recommendation has been officially translated in Spanish thanks to the support of the Basque Government. Its Ministry of Labour and Justice, organisational member of the EFRJ, informed us that the translation can be made available to our Spanish-speaking community: click here to download it.
This will be particularly useful for the Spanish-speaking audience that will attend our RJ Symposium (Bilbao, 5-6 June) dedicated to the implementation of the Recommendation.
