Prof Ivo Aertsen (KU Leuven) and the EFRJ Executive Director Edit Törzs attended the meeting of the Council of Europe PC-CP (Council for Penological Co-operation) on behalf of the EFRJ yesterday 21 September in Strasbourg.
The PC-CP is drafting a new recommendation on restorative justice in criminal matters, which – once approved – might will be the most advanced international document on the RJ field.
