European Society of Criminology launches a RJ Working Group

EFRJ members Kerry Clamp and Estelle Zinsstag would like to invite you to join the newly formed European Society of Criminology ‘Working Group of Restorative Justice’ (please note that this is an initiative by members of the ESC: if you wish to join thematic committees or working groups coordinated by the EFRJ click here).

If you would like to become a member of the ESC working group on RJ and are already a member of the ESC, please join the inaugural meeting on Thursday 19 September in Gent, during the Eurocrim conference 2019 (12.45-13.45 in the LLM room: please check the conference programme when you register to know the exact location).

At this initial meeting, Kerry and Estelle, chairs of this working group, propose to discuss how the group might best be facilitated to:

1. Promote communication between members

2. Organise thematic sessions at ESC conferences

3. Establish a cross-national research network and promote the work that we are doing

4. Develop terms for an award for outstanding research in the RJ field

It would be great to have EFRJ members (who are also members of the ESC) joining this working group!
