Invitation to host the 11th International Conference of the European Forum for Restorative Justice
After the successful EFRJ conference 2018 in Tirana (#efrj2018), organised in cooperation with the Albanian Foundation for Conflict Resolution and the Albanian Ministry of Justice, we invite the members of the EFRJ to propose a venue to host the 11th international conference of the European Forum for Restorative Justice, due in June 2020.
The call for proposals is now open! The application deadline is 24 October 2018.
The host will be asked to provide a suitable venue and to consider the practical arrangements to host about 250-300 participants for the 3-day conference. We give priority to organisational members of the EFRJ, but we also consider candidatures of individual members pioneers in their country proving to have a strong local team interested in RJ and/or other relevant topics. The EFRJ Board will evaluate all proposals during their meeting in Leuven in the beginning of November. The selected candidate will be informed afterwards for further clarifications and negotiations.
If you already submitted a candidature in the past and you have not been selected, we are welcoming your expression of interest for hosting the conference in 2020: please update your previous submission and send it back to the Secretariat before the deadline.
