As part of the EU-funded project Circles4EU, the Confederation of European Probation (CEP) is co-organising an international conference in Barcelona (Spain) on 20-21 November, 2014. The conference will present the project findings on “Circles of Support & Accountability- COSA”, an innovative method of post-release monitoring of sex offenders with the help of volunteers. Thanks to Circles4EU, COSA have been implemented in Catalonia, Latvia, and Bulgaria.
