EFRJ member Ian Marder and our chair Tim Chapman published an article for CEP website concerning the consultancy work done during the meetings of the PC‑CP Working Group in Strasbourg.
Marder was the appointed expert for revising the 1999 Recommendation concerning mediation in penal matters, but this work was done with much support from the EFRJ team.
