On Thursday 6 October 2016, the chair of the EFRJ Board, Dr. Michael Kilchling (Germany), gave a lecture entitled ‘Restorative Justice as a Victim’s Right‘ at the University of Insubria (Como, Italy). This event has been the first annual lecture of the Research Center on Restorative Justice and Mediation of this university.
Dr. Kilchling spoke about the EU Victims’ Directive 2012 focusing in particular on the right of victims to access to RJ services. Click on the link to view a 4-minutes video INTERVIEW WITH DR. KILCHLING.
Please note that the emphasis on victims only is given because of the specificity of this intervention where RJ has been presented within the framework of the Victims’ Directive. Also, the interview reflects the personal opinion of Dr. Kilchling and not necessarily the views of the EFRJ.
