On Thursday 6 October 2016, the chair of the EFRJ Board, Dr. Michael Kilchling (Germany), gave a lecture entitled ‘Restorative Justice as a Victim’s Right‘ at the University of Insubria (Como, Italy). This event has been the first annual lecture of the Research Center on Restorative Justice and Mediation of this university.
