Fees
As usual, EFRJ members are entitled to a special discount for attending our events! If you are not a member yet and you wish to register at the reduced rate, you are invited to join our EFRJ community now! In order to benefit from the reduced registration fee, you must submit the the conference registration form together with the completed membership application form.
Early bird registration until 15 April 2016
- 210 EUR for members
- 280 EUR for non-members
- 150 EUR for students*
* This is NEW in 2016! The EFRJ will offer a special discount for maximum 10 students! First comes, first served- policy applies! Students are required to upload the related supporting documents in their registration form(i.e. scanned copy of the student ID card and 300 words motivation letter explaining their student career and interest in this conference). In order to apply for the student fee, you must be a member of the EFRJ: more info here!
Late registration until 31 May 2016
- 230 EUR for members
- 300 EUR for non-members
One-day registration until 31 May 2016
- 110 EUR for members
- 150 EUR for non-members
Please mention the exact day of participation in your registration form!
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your registration to the EFRJ conference before 20 May, you will receive a refund of 50% of your registration fee (and dinner, if applicable). After this date, reimbursement is no longer possible.
Waivers
The EFRJ will grant a limited numbers of waivers for the registration fee to participants for whom it is financially difficult to attend the conference. Requests for waivers must be sent to the secretariat before 15 April 2016 using this online waiver application form. Decisions will be communicated by 30 April 2016; in case of negative response, the early-bird fee applies.
