Dear participants,
thanks for registering to the 10th international conference of the EFRJ (Tirana 14-16 June 2018). We are looking forward to share with you this special event!
For organisational reasons, we kindly ask you to register to some additional activities taking place during those days, such as
- the Annual General Meeting of the EFRJ membership, including Board elections;
- the opening reception at the Presidential Palace offered by the Ministry of Justice, which will include the welcome speeches by the Prime Minister and the Mayor of Tirana, the ceremony for the European RJ Award, and the representation of several additional distinguished guests from the Albanian justice sector;
- the conference dinner in a local family restaurant, which will include a 30 min walk in a different part of the city; and
- the local tours to get to know our host city, Tirana and its periphery, organised in cooperation with the Municipality of Tirana and some local artists and activists.
More details about the programme can be found here. Please note that there is no need to print this booklet: you will receive a printed copy once you will check in for the conference.
Find below the registration form: it will take you only 3 minutes to fill it in, but it will help us to finalise the organisation of these events. The deadline for registering is 3 June. The form includes also a question concerning the communication materials you may want to disseminate during the event, as we will set up tables for this.
In case you wish to attend these events with someone who is not registered to the conference (e.g. a partner), please note that additional costs may occur and limited seats are reserved. Priority will be given to registered participants so we will be able to confirm the availability of seats only during registrations in Tirana, when you will be charged for your guests (i.e. 25 euros for dinner and 10 euros for the local tours).
