As usual, EFRJ members are entitled to a special discount for attending our events! If you are not a member yet and you wish to register at the reduced rate, you are invited to join our EFRJ community now! In order to benefit from the reduced registration fee, you must submit your membership application form before the conference registration form.

The deadline to register to the EFRJ Conference 2018 is 15 May (Early-bird fee: 1 April). The registration fee includes:

• Participation fee and materials for the 3-day conference
• Reception and 2018 European RJ Award ceremony
• Lunches, coffee breaks during the whole conference

*Organisational members: NEW in 2018!!! Only for organisational members who are members since at least 2017: register 3 paying participants and will get a 4th attendance for free. Only one free registration per organisation applies. Please use this form to register your 4th participant (contact us to receive your password!).

**Students: The EFRJ will offer a special discount for maximum 10 students! First comes, first served- policy applies (until 1 April)! In order to apply for the student fee, you must be a member of the EFRJ: more info here! In the application form for joining the EFRJ membership, students are required to upload the related supporting documents (i.e. scanned copy of student ID card). Please make sure you apply to the EFRJ membership before registering to this event as a student.

Waivers: The EFRJ will grant about 5 (full/ partial) waivers to participants for whom it is financially difficult to attend the Conference. Applicants must be members of the EFRJ since at least 2017. Full waivers cover the full registration fee; partial waivers will cover about half registration fee (120-150 euros). Transports and accommodation are not covered by the waivers. The deadline to submit a waiver request is 15 February 2018. Please use this online waiver application form where you will be be asked to upload a 300 words motivation letter. The main criteria for the selection are: experience, profession, motivation, and country representation. We will evaluate each request and inform you about the results within two weeks after the deadline. In case of negative response, the early-bird fee applies.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel your registration to the Conference before 1 April 2018, you will receive a refund of 70% of your registration fee. After this date, reimbursement is no longer possible.

PRE-CONFERENCE COURSE ON RJ & SERIOUS CRIME

In addition to the EFRJ Conference, participants can register to a Course on RJ & Serious Crime delivered by Kristel Buntinx, senior mediator at Moderator, Belgium. If you could not attend the last successful EFRJ Summer School (Como 2017), this is your opportunity to know more about RJ practices in cases of homicide, sexual violence and other serious crimes. Please note that the Course is reserved only to Conference’s participants and it is offered as a full conference package. Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis until 1 April (up to maximum 25 participants).

Please note that the registration is complete only once the payment is received. Online payment (e.g. via credit card, PayPal, iDeal, Bancontact) is charged an additional 10 euros; your payment will processed by the secure online payment provider Mollie. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please use the bank details below (subject line: Conference Tirana 2018 + Your Full Name) and make the payment within 3 working days after your registration. In case of international payments, please indicate ‘Shared Costs (SHA)’ to distribute the costs.
