Survey on Restorative Justice teaching programmes

What:  The Leuven institute of Criminology (LINC) and the European Forum for Restorative Justice (EFRJ) are happy to announce the dawn of an online database regarding courses on Restorative Justice. This database hopes to include all the courses at the university and university college level available worldwide. With the combined efforts of those teaching Restorative Justice we can make this a success!

Why: Our aim with this database is threefold. First and foremost, this collection of data will be a source of information for students from all over the world interested in studying the rich field of Restorative Justice. Secondly, the EFRJ will provide a platform where teachers and universities are given the opportunity to present their programmes on Restorative Justice. And third, by collecting this information in a systemic and comparable way we will get more knowledge on how Restorative Justice is being dealt with in educational programmes which should also increase our insights in what restorative justice is ‘tout court’.

How: So, if you are teaching a course on Restorative Justice or are providing a whole master course and are willing to make Restorative Justice more accessible by adding your initiative to this database, please do so by sending an e-mail to [email protected] stating your name, the name of the course/program and the university. We will then send you a short survey to complete the necessary information.

Thanks a lot!
